Description

Quick Bond is a colorless, gel-like instant adhesive for fast, professional repairs of minor damage, scratches and cracks and for attaching loose parts to plastics, wood, rubber, ceramics, etc.

Quick Bond Activator is an accelerator for faster curing of Quick Bond based on aliphatic hydrocarbons. After spraying, the adhesive cures within a very short time and can therefore be loaded/further processed more quickly.

Special nozzle with screw cap, thus easy handling, no annoying sticking and drying of the cap
High temperature resistance from -60°C to +80°C
Long processing time, parts to be bonded can be positioned precisely, with Quick Bond Activator you determine the time at which the adhesive reacts immediately and creates an optimal bond (curing time without activator approx. 30 minutes)

APPLICATIONS CAR

For scratches and small holes in plastic parts such as door panels, dashboards, bumpers, exterior mirror housings, trim strips, sills and spoilers
For gluing clamps and clips or for broken brackets on indicators and tail lights, fairings, etc.

APPLICATIONS INDUSTRY

For repairing/filling gaps, holes, scratches, cracks, breaks, and damage to surfaces such as plexiglass, wooden strips, stone, ceramics, porcelain, housings, plastic parts, aluminum profiles...
For fastening and gluing loose or broken staples, clips, rubber bands, fabrics, carpet and PVC strips, felt, foils, tarpaulins, holders for hand tools, office machines, paneling, etc.

PROCESSING

Ensure a clean, dry and grease-free surface - roughen / sand the surface
Clean metal surfaces with Innotec Multisol (Art. No. 124) or Seal and Bond Remover (Art. No. 1270)
Clean plastic surfaces with Repaplast Cleaner Antistatic (Art. No. 1565) and treat with Repaplast Primer New Formula (Art. No. 1595)
When bonding, apply a thin layer of Quick Bond to one part, spray the other part with a thin layer of Quick Bond Activator and join the parts together
For repairs, fill the damage or scratch with Quick Bond, then spray a thin layer of Quick Bond Activator onto the part repaired with Quick Bond. It will cure within a few seconds.
Further processing options: Sand the repair area successively with P120, P220, and P320 grit, clean with Innotec Repaplast Cleaner Antistatic, and pretreat with Repaplast Primer New Formula. Quick Bond can then be overcoated with Repaplast Structure Coat, Speed Primer, and/or Innotec Repaplast Colour Finish Better Care.

Cutting tools, wearing parts and operating materials are excluded from the warranty, as their service life depends on the respective use, storage and/or intensity of use.

Warranty claims can only be asserted in the case of production errors or verifiable defects.
