At Mike's Toolshop, we place great value on honest and authentic reviews. Therefore, all reviews published on our site come exclusively from customers who have actually ordered from us. We collect these from platforms such as Trusted Shops, Google, and directly from our online shop. We only advertise reviews that clearly relate to a purchase and are verifiably substantiated. To ensure authenticity, we work with verified review services and/or verify this.
On our product pages, we also showcase real customer experiences in the form of pictures and names of long-standing customers who have voluntarily and free of charge given us their consent. Thomas, Stefan, and Valentin are loyal customers with numerous orders over several years. They represent more than 18,000 other satisfied customers who trust our service.
So you can be sure that you will only find real experiences and honest opinions from other tradespeople and DIY enthusiasts here.
Of course, we also have negative reviews—partly because things can occasionally go wrong with deliveries or orders, and partly because misunderstandings sometimes arise. However, we always strive for a quick and fair solution and respond immediately when contacted.

These reviews come from verified buyers who have actually ordered from us. A review is only possible after completing a genuine order.

Reviews on the following platforms may be based on actual purchases, but are not always directly attributable to a completed purchase:

- Trustpilot: Go to the Trustpilot page
- Facebook and Instagram: Customer opinions, story mentions and comments – not directly verifiable, are not actively promoted by us as reviews
How we handle reviews
We do not purchase reviews and do not offer vouchers or discounts for positive feedback. Reviews submitted directly through Trusted Shops are technically only possible with a clear order reference.
We only publish reviews on our website that come from Trusted Shops or our linked Google account and are therefore verifiable.
