What can I say?
So far I have always been well served; what is shown as in stock is actually in stock and is shipped promptly (there are other companies that don't work as well as Mike's Toolshop).
I'm willing to pay a little more for good service. Production downtime and constant retooling due to tool or material shortages cost more money.
