As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. If you wish to return something, simply send us an informal email – or use our withdrawal form .
Important: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Upon request, we can provide you with a return label for a cost of €7 .
As soon as we receive the goods, we will check their condition and refund you the amount, usually within a few working days , using the same method you paid.
Please note:
Returns are only possible for unused, complete and original packaged goods .
Used, damaged or individually configured items are excluded from the right of withdrawal – this is also stipulated in the EU Consumer Protection Directive.
Spare parts that have already been installed will not be refunded!

You can order from us easily and securely – in just a few steps.
How it works:
- Select product
Use the search function or browse our categories. Once you've found a suitable product, you can add it to your shopping cart with one click – just like in a real store. You're not obligated to do anything. - Check your shopping cart & proceed to checkout
In the shopping cart, you'll see an overview of your selected items. Here, you can change quantities, remove products, or continue shopping. - Checkout – Select address & payment method
In the checkout you enter your billing and delivery details.
You can order as a guest or create a customer account without a password – you can log in conveniently using a one-time code sent to your email address. - Select payment method & check order
You will automatically be shown the available payment methods for your country (e.g. credit card, PayPal, Sofort, prepayment, etc.).
Before submitting your order, you will see all the details clearly listed again – including shipping costs. - Binding order
Only when you click on “Buy now” / “Order with payment” does your order become legally binding .
You will then immediately receive an order confirmation by email . - Shipping & Documents
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information and a separate email with the invoice in PDF format – for your records or accounting purposes.

→ It’s best to contact us immediately after placing your order .
As long as the shipment has not yet been sent , we can correct the address without any problems in most cases.
If the package is already on its way, we will try to reroute it . However, depending on the shipping status, this may not always be possible. In any case, we will do our best to ensure your package arrives.

You will automatically receive the invoice by email in PDF format to the email address you provided.

If no payment is received within this time, we will send you a friendly payment reminder .
If no payment is received after 14 days , the order will be automatically canceled and the products will go back on sale.

We encourage you to place orders directly through our online shop whenever possible . It's quick, straightforward, and very easy for you as a customer – you can choose at your leisure, are guided through the ordering process, and automatically receive an order confirmation.
If you are unable to order yourself for health reasons or due to a disability , please contact us – we will, of course, find a barrier-free solution that suits you.

We can't help with issues related to your bank or liquidity. We're also not allowed to see your credit card information!

What exactly does that mean?
- Our payments are processed through PCI DSS compliant payment providers .
PCI DSS stands for Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard – a globally applicable security standard developed by credit card companies. It ensures that payment data is only processed in encrypted form and is never stored directly by the merchant – including us. - Your connection to the shop is secured with SSL encryption (you can recognize this by the lock symbol in your browser).
- Modern payment methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal also work with additional security mechanisms , such as Face ID or two-factor authentication.
What if my device is hacked?
Unfortunately, the best security systems are of little use if your device (smartphone, PC) is infected with malware.
Therefore our tip:
Always keep your device and apps up to date , use an antivirus program and do not store any payment data unprotected on your device.
If you suspect fraud, please contact us and your bank immediately – together we can usually respond quickly.

Please be sure to include your order number as the purpose of the transfer.
As soon as we receive your payment, we will process your order.
Tip: Depending on the bank, a transfer can take 1-2 business days.
Your order will only be shipped once your full payment has been received.

Your account will be debited immediately when you submit your order and click on “Place order with payment” – this applies, for example, to credit cards, PayPal or instant bank transfer.
If you pay in advance, you instruct your bank yourself – the amount will be debited as soon as you make the transfer.

In this case, you will receive the amount already paid back within a few days using the same payment method you used for the purchase - after we have checked the return .

We deliver throughout the European Union (EU).
Please note:
Not all products are available in every EU country.
Some items – especially large machines or certain brands – can only be shipped within selected countries for logistical or manufacturer-related reasons.
No shipping to the following countries:

- and no exports outside the EU

- For other EU countries, delivery is via DPD
For products that cannot be delivered by parcel service, a freight forwarder is hired. A truck then arrives and delivers the goods curbside.

We ship all orders directly from Austria. Therefore, there are no customs fees or import taxes within the EU – there are no hidden costs. The price in the shop is the final price.

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the parcel service will send you either:
- a notification card with information about pickup or new delivery attempt
- or your parcel will be left at a nearby collection point
(Depending on your region, you can also redirect the delivery via DPD or grant a drop-off authorization.)
Important to know:
By authorizing a delivery authorization, you automatically assign all claims for loss or damage to the parcel service and to us as the sender. This means:
In this case, we are no longer liable for a lost or damaged package.
Our tip: Only grant permission to leave the parcel if you are absolutely sure that it will be safe at that location.

Of course, the statutory warranty applies to all items.
Many manufacturers also offer a voluntary guarantee , which is usually activated directly with the manufacturer after registration.

Please note: Wear parts such as saw blades, milling cutters, or abrasives are subject to natural wear and tear depending on use. This does not constitute a defect within the meaning of the warranty.
However, if a defect or unusual impairment occurs upon delivery (e.g. tooth breakage, imbalance, etc.), please contact us directly – we will be happy to investigate the case.

Unfortunately, we are not allowed to register the warranty for you, as this must legally be done directly by the buyer.
The guarantee is a voluntary service provided by the manufacturer – therefore the manufacturer’s respective service scope and conditions also apply.
Registration only takes a few minutes, but it's a matter of self-determination and important so that you can benefit from possible free repairs or device replacement in the event of a defect. This can save you considerable costs in an emergency.

Warranty (regulated by law):
- Applies throughout the EU – including here.
- For consumers (private customers) it is 24 months from receipt of the goods.
- For entrepreneurs (B2B), the warranty can be contractually shortened or excluded – in this case, the statutory minimum period applies, unless otherwise agreed.
The warranty covers defects that already existed at the time of purchase – such as material defects or manufacturing defects.
It does not apply to normal wear and tear or improper use (e.g. blunt saw blades after use).
