How to order at Mike's Toolshop
You can order from us easily, securely and conveniently – in just a few steps.
Here we explain exactly how the ordering process works:
1. Select product
Browse through our categories or use the convenient search function. You can search by keywords, article numbers, product titles, or application areas. Once you've found a suitable product, click "Add to cart" – completely without obligation. You're not obligated to do anything.
2. Check shopping cart
In the shopping cart, you'll see a clear list of all your selected items. You can change quantities, remove products, or simply continue shopping. Once everything is OK, click "Proceed to Checkout."
3. Address & Shipping
In the next step, enter your billing and shipping address . You can either order as a guest or create a customer account – no password required , but with a one-time login code sent via email.
Depending on your delivery address, you will automatically be shown the appropriate shipping option – including costs and delivery time .
4. Choose payment method
Select one of the available payment methods for your country. Payment methods will be automatically displayed based on your location. All payment methods are secure, encrypted, and GDPR-compliant .
5. Check your order
Before you submit your order, you will receive a complete overview:
- Products, quantities and prices
- Shipping costs and delivery address
- Selected payment method
Only when you click on “Order with payment” does your order become binding and you make a legally binding offer.
6. Order confirmation
Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation via email . If you ordered in advance, this will also include our bank details .
If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
7. Shipping & Invoice
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive:
- an email with shipment tracking
- a separate email with your invoice in PDF format
8. Delivery & Receipt
Our packages are delivered by DPD, Post, DHL , or a freight forwarder—carefully packaged and with tracking. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you will receive a notification or can arrange for the shipment to be rerouted or picked up.
Note on drop-off authorization: If you grant drop-off authorization, you assign any claims for loss or damage to the shipping service provider and us.
