We are legally obliged to inform you that there are options for out-of-court dispute resolution. The previous EU platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) was discontinued on July 20, 2025 – there is no direct replacement.
Even though we have never had reason to take formal action in over 10 years, the possibility exists – and the link belongs in a proper shop.
More importantly for us: If you're dissatisfied with something, talk to us. We take criticism seriously, listen, and usually find a solution right away, without making things complicated.

As of March 20, 2025, no new complaint procedures can be initiated there. Procedures ongoing until July 19, 2025, can be completed as usual. After that, the platform will be completely shut down and all data will be deleted.
