Innotec plastic structure spray "Repaplast Structure Coat"

Repaplast Structure Coat NF is an aromatic-free structural primer developed using state-of-the-art technology. The addition of special rheological components makes the product ideal for easily repairing the most common textured plastics, replicating the original factory finish.

• Good temperature resistance (-40 °C to +90 °C)

APPLICATION CAR

Ideal for restoring damaged plastic structures, such as bumpers, mirror housings, mud flaps, bumper moldings, interior trim, dashboards, etc.

PROCESSING

• Ensure a clean, dry, dust- and grease-free surface
• Clean the surface with Innotec Repaplast Cleaner Antistatic (Art. No. 1565) and a sanding fleece, then pre-treat with Innotec Repaplast Primer New Formular (Art. No. 1595)
• Allow plastic parts to dry for at least 10 minutes
• Shake can for 2 minutes before use
• Treat the repair area by applying thin layers of Repaplast Structure Coat NF and allow to dry for 5 minutes in between
• By applying different spray distances in combination with different nozzles (white nozzle for fine and red nozzle for coarse structures) it is possible to imitate the original factory structure
• Then finish with Repaplast Colour Finish Better Care
• Turn the can upside down after use, empty the valve and clean the nozzle with Repaplast Cleaner Antistatic (Art. No. 1565)
