Repaplast Colour Finish Better Care is a professional and modern plastic paint - ideal for making weathered plastic parts and metals look like new again with very little effort.

APPLICATIONS INDUSTRY

For color repair on faded or weathered plastic and metal parts, such as swivel chairs, machine parts, forklifts, railings, TV, media and office equipment, wooden and glass frames, carpets, table and pedestal bases, etc.
For repainting, such as shelves, light switch housings, covers, suspensions, ventilation grilles, frame parts, coat hooks, handles, knobs, trim strips, lamp housings, cable ducts, etc.

PROCESSING

Ensure a clean, dry, dust- and grease-free surface
Clean the plastic surface with Repaplast Cleaner Antistatic (Art. No. 1565)
If the entire plastic part is not sprayed completely, sand the surface preferably with abrasive fleece (Art. No. 2116-60), then clean again with Repaplast Cleaner Antistatic (Art. No. 1565)
Pre-treat the cleaned surface with Innotec Repaplast Primer New Formula (Art. No. 1595)
Clean/degrease metal surfaces with Multisol (Art. No. 124) or Seal and Bond Remover (Art. No. 1270)
Apply a primer coat to untreated metal (Speed Primer - Art. No. 1302-1 or Zinc Coat - Art. No. 130)
Note: Due to the very high solid content, to achieve the desired color and quality, ensure that the spray can is shaken for 2 minutes before use!
Apply in several thin layers at a spray distance of 25 to 30 cm - allow to dry for 10 minutes in between
Turn the can upside down after use and spray the valve empty
