Make your workshop's extraction system more efficient with the IGM cyclone dust collector. The dust collector separates sawdust, splinters, and dust particles into a waste container, thus reducing damage to the extraction system. By releasing only fine dust, you extend the life of the Extended service life of the extraction hoses, filters, and fan. Due to their design, they have an elliptical dust collector, and the blades have little influence on the pressure drop, thus maintaining optimal airflow. The dust collector can be mounted on the lid of a container of almost any size. A drilling template for the waste container lid is included. For best performance, use only carpenter's lumber with a moisture content of no more than 8% and select an appropriate machine and material feed speed to produce splinters or chips smaller than 50 mm. Designed for connection between the machine and extraction system to hoses with a diameter of 100 mm.

When the extraction system is switched on, the sophisticated design of the dust collector creates a vacuum in the waste container. Most of the waste material (dust, splinters, sawdust) is then discharged into the waste container, not into the extraction system. You can choose the size of the waste container yourself, eliminating the need to constantly empty the contents of the waste container, which is part of the extraction system.
