Milling template for perforated panels 96-96mm / 20mm holes (96cm x 19.2cm)

Scope of delivery includes:

• 1x milling template (10 holes)
• 1x detailed instructions

Additionally you will need 2x screw clamps, hand router with 27mm copy sleeve and 20mm router/fitting drill

To create a perforated panel, each row is drilled separately. The first row can be positioned freely or with the help of spacers to ensure the spacing is parallel. Once the first row is drilled, the template with the spacers is inserted into the previously drilled holes, allowing the second, third, and so on to be drilled. We deliberately incorporated three spacers to allow for the production of narrow perforated panels (at least five holes).

Alternatively, the hole can also be milled using a 17mm guide sleeve and a 10mm cutter, resulting in 20mm holes. This is ideal for those on a tight budget who don't want to buy a separate hardware drill bit.
