With Tormek's patented KJ-45 knife centering jig, you can achieve symmetrical bevels with the same angle on both sides, regardless of blade thickness and geometry. Whether it's a conventional kitchen knife or a thicker, tapered hunting knife, you'll enjoy the same excellent results on both edges without having to adjust the jig. The KJ-45 knife centering jig is suitable for household, chef's, craft, hunting, and fishing knives—practically any knife that needs sharpening. Drawknives and garden shears are also no problem.

When you clamp a knife into the KJ-45 Knife Centering Jig, the knife is automatically centered in the jig, regardless of its thickness and geometry. This ensures effective centering of all knife thicknesses up to 10 mm. This also centers blades that taper from the spine to the cutting edge. This ensures that both cutting edges of the knife are ground symmetrically.

Because the KJ-45 Knife Centering Device rests freely on the universal support with its stop, you can follow the knife's shape while still relying on the reliable support provided by the universal support. Fits most knives

The KJ-45 Knife Centering Jig centers knives with blade thicknesses up to 10 mm. It can sharpen knives with blade lengths of up to 60 mm and widths of up to 12 mm. For smaller knives, combine the knife centering jig with the SVM-00 Small Knife Holder – this allows for effortless handling of even the smallest knives.
