Align, clamp, and mill with unprecedented precision and speed with the Shaper Workstation—the ultimate clamping solution for all your milling work. Designed to streamline your workflow, the workstation saves time when aligning and clamping identical workpieces. Once correctly set up, repetitive work steps can be performed efficiently. Reusable ShaperTape, a height-adjustable workpiece carrier, and calibrated alignment points facilitate the completion of custom projects and repetitive work steps. These features enable short setup times and immediate start-up of your milling project.

Workstation and Origin form a precise milling system that allows you to tackle even the most demanding projects easily and intuitively.

SCOPE OF DELIVERY

• Base plate: With the ShaperTape surface, it is the core of the workstation and support surface for Origin.
• Front plate: A versatile T-slot clamp that attaches to the base plate at a 90° angle.
• Workpiece carrier: A height-adjustable carrier for securing small or difficult-to-clamp workpieces.
• Hold-down clamps: T-slot clamps for versatile and secure fastening of workpieces.
• Sacrificial strips: Sacrificial material (MDF) used to minimize tear-outs during milling.
• Support bar: Extended support surface for Origin and aid for correct alignment of workpieces.
• Support arms: Keep the support bar and thus Origin level with the ShaperTape surface.
• Angle stop: Easily adjustable stop for easy alignment of a workpiece at the correct angle.
• 4 mm T-wrench: Hexagon wrench with T-handle for all common screws on the workstation.

Warranty claims can only be asserted in the case of production errors or verifiable defects.
