Zero-gap table insert for the stationary table saw PCS
This zero-gap table insert was specially developed for the Sawstop table saw to ensure precise, tear-out-free cuts. The closed surface allows for an exact fit between the table insert and the saw blade – depending on the saw blade type and cutting width.
Application
- Lower the saw blade
- Use a zero-gap table insert
- Level and lock the insert
- Slowly move the running saw blade upwards.
The saw blade cuts through the workpiece with such precision that it creates a perfectly fitting joint. The workpiece is optimally supported, and tear-out is effectively reduced.
