Description

The rounding cutter is specifically designed for delicate, small-scale edge work. It is primarily used on solid wood, but also on plastic edges. The special hollow shaft cutter sits directly on the spindle. This ensures very high concentricity and a clean milling pattern.

Single-edged cutter (Z1): Reduced heat development reduces burn marks when milling across the grain
Special cutter: For rounding edges
Cutter radius: Precisely matched to the ball bearing
To protect the surface: The radius changes into a 5° run-out at the milling cutting edge
Low installation height: The flush ball bearing mounting of the router allows milling in the rebate or from the panel stack
