The speed can be continuously adjusted to suit any application, either manually or via the portal interface. The digital electronics are also equipped with soft start, constant speed under load, idle speed reduction, and overload protection.

With the FM 1000 NC-ER, MAFELL has developed another milling motor "Made in Germany." The high quality standards and sophisticated details make the MAFELL milling motor the best partner in its performance class.
The labyrinth seal of the FM 1000 NC-ER permanently protects the spindle and bearings from the smallest particles, dust and chips.

- MAFELL milling motors are manufactured in Oberndorf a. N. under the strictest quality controls. Before delivery, each milling motor undergoes a "run-in" in the test booth. This increases its service life and durability.
- Maximum concentricity due to the delicate coordination of all components, such as the double-bearing spindle for absorbing axial forces and the innovative, tool-free quick-clamping device.
- Duo-In: The speed can be continuously adjusted to suit any application, either manually or via the portal interface. Additional LED status indicator.
- The Rapidfix cable enables quick and easy connection in the portal.
- The sound pressure level of the FM 1000 NC-ER is only 74 dB (A), making it extremely quiet.
