- Find your machine model: Check the nameplate of your Mafell machine. There you will find the exact model name (e.g., KSS 400, Erika 85). Be sure to also note the item number or serial number, if available, as this will help you find the right part 100% of the time.
- Access the spare parts catalog: Visit the official Mafell website at service.mafell.de and navigate to the search field.
- Search for a model: In the catalog, you can enter the previously determined machine data into the search field. Then select the appropriate machine from the list.
- Select a spare part: You can find all the components of your machine in the exploded view. Click on the desired position or search for the corresponding spare part number in the list below.
- Note the article number: Note the spare part number (e.g. 091338) of the desired part.
- Order at mikestoolshop.at: Visit our website and enter the item number directly into the search bar. The matching spare part will be displayed immediately and can be ordered directly.
