A surface treatment developed for large-scale production
KleinDia is a DLC (diamond-like carbon) sliding coating that makes it possible to solve problems of tool wear.
Chip removal and chemical attack. A layer of approximately 1 micron is applied to the tool surface at low temperature, which does not alter the properties of the cutter or knife.
Its high hardness is ensured by the carbon hybridization Sp2 (graphite) and Sp3 (diamond).
Our various tests confirmed remarkable results in both panel processing and solid wood processing. Thanks to a very low coefficient of friction, machining of plastic and aluminum is also possible without coolant.

Cutting tools, wearing parts and operating materials are excluded from the warranty, as their service life depends on the respective use, storage and/or intensity of use.
