Description
Non-Crack Filler Structure is a unique, plastoelastic sealant with a grain structure based on acrylic polymer. It is particularly suitable for sealing seams on interior walls and ceilings that are covered with grain structure and/or decorative plaster and may be later painted.
HIGHLIGHTS
- Water-based, solvent-free
- Can be easily painted over with dispersion and solvent-based paints
- Good adhesion to most porous building materials
- Perfect for replicating coarser and finer structures
- Permanently elastic, shows little shrinkage
OTHER PRODUCT BENEFITS
- Has a CE marking, which complies with all uniformly applicable rules of the EU Construction Products Regulation (the detailed declaration of performance can be found at www.innotec.at)
- Unique acrylic polymer sealant for indoor and outdoor joints, suitable for deformations up to 8%
- Water-based and therefore completely solvent-free
- Due to its ingenious composition, it can be spread with a slightly damp sponge/brush to create almost any structure without extending the drying time
- Can be painted over wet-on-wet with water-based paint systems. Can only be painted over with solvent-based systems after complete drying. For moderate to strong UV exposure, it is recommended to paint over the product. Given the wide variety of paints and varnishes available today, it is recommended to test the paint or varnish in question first.
APPLICATION
APPLICATIONS INDUSTRY
- For the most common (porous) building materials, such as concrete, plasterboard, brick, stucco, painted surfaces, wood, etc.
- Wall and ceiling connections, wall base joints, paneling, ornaments on ceilings and walls, skirting boards and baseboards, stairs, window sills, radiator covers, door frames, built-in cupboards, built-in lights, cracks in masonry, wood and stony subfloors and much more.
- Basements and slightly damp surfaces
PROCESSING
NOTES
- Ensure a clean, dry, dust- and grease-free surface
- Clean the surface with Innotec Multisol (Art. No. 124) or Seal and Bond Remover (Art. No. 1270)
- Remove loose parts
- Pre-treat highly porous surfaces with a primer coat
- Can only be painted over with solvent-based systems after complete drying
- For moderate or strong UV exposure, we recommend overcoating with Non Crack Filler Structure
A notice:
- For this purpose, Non Crack Filler Structure can be diluted with water in a ratio of 2:1, or the surface can be treated with a suitable primer

Cutting tools, wearing parts and operating materials are excluded from the warranty, as their service life depends on the respective use, storage and/or intensity of use.
Warranty claims can only be asserted in the case of production errors or verifiable defects.
