Description
Powerbond XS 330 is a high-quality assembly adhesive based on the latest generation of MS polymers. Due to its extremely high initial tack, this product makes assembly work easier and faster. Powerbond XS 330 is ideal for applications in the construction, industrial, and transportation sectors.
HIGHLIGHTS
- For installation on almost all (even slightly damp) surfaces
- Extremely high initial adhesion - does not shrink or crack
- Permanently elastic, high flexibility (elongation at break 330%)
- Without solvents, harmful plasticizers and isocyanates
- Temperature resistant from -40 °C to +90 °C
- Permanent adhesive bond: approx. 22 kg/cm² after curing
- Certified with the GEV-Emicode EC1-Plus - very low emissions

- Very high initial adhesion, in most cases no support or mechanical fixing necessary (quick build-up of internal strength - with a bead of approx. 22 cm you can absorb approx. 1 kg of material weight)

- Adheres even to damp surfaces, ideal for outdoor applications

APPLICATION
APPLICATIONS AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY
- For bonding strips, signs, brackets, cover caps, where assembly with screws is impossible due to the construction (made of thin aluminum / plastic / wood)
- Ideal for (thick) seam sealing (can be painted over after 1 hour to max. 48 hours - use Repaplast Primer afterwards)
- Bonding of protective strips, profiles, panels and various parts
APPLICATIONS INDUSTRY
- For mounting skirting boards, baseboards, edge strips, signs, window sills, covers, corner and edge panels, etc., made of or on wood, glass, metal, aluminum, stainless steel, sheet metal, plaster, concrete, natural stone, ceramic materials, PUR or MDF and much more.
- For mounting ornaments, sound and temperature insulation on walls or ceilings
- For fixing or mounting (loose) tiles or mirrors, etc.
PROCESSING
NOTES
- Ensure a clean, dry and grease-free surface
- Clean the surface with Innotec Multisol (Art. No. 124) or Seal and Bond Remover (Art. No. 1270)
Clean plastic surfaces with Innotec Repaplast Cleaner Antistatic (Art. No. 1565). Porous or very difficult-to-bond parts may need to be pre-treated with Innotec Repaplast Primer (Art. No. 1595) or Innotec Seal Guard (Art. No. 1487). - Apply Powerbond XS 330 directly from the cartridge to the material to be bonded using the supplied V-nozzle with a cartridge gun
- Join the parts together within 10 minutes (skin formation)
- Powerbond XS 330 is paintable or recoatable after 1 hour with any paint/varnish system used in construction. If it is to be overcoated with an alkyd-based varnish/paint, this should be done within 48 hours of application to achieve optimal adhesion. Given the wide variety of paints and varnishes available today, it is recommended to test them first.

Cutting tools, wearing parts and operating materials are excluded from the warranty, as their service life depends on the respective use, storage and/or intensity of use.
Warranty claims can only be asserted in the case of production errors or verifiable defects.
