Description
Ceramic Grease is a particularly high-quality and long-lasting ceramic assembly and lubricating paste, specially developed for applications requiring high pressure and temperature resistance. Its special properties make it ideal for use in electrically sensitive applications.
HIGHLIGHTS
- Excellent insulator
- Consistency according to NLGI (1 - 1.5)
- Rust protection effect (B, according to SKF Emcor)
- Has an insulating effect between metals
- High temperature resistance up to 1,500 °C
- Pressure-resistant up to 260 kg (according to IP 239)
- Silicone and metal-free (ideal for ABS / ASR / ESP)
- Prevents seizure of stainless steel connections
OTHER PRODUCT BENEFITS
- Thanks to its unique composition, it does not flow even under the most extreme conditions
- Prevents connections from seizing and annoying noises
- Silicone and metal-free - acts as an insulator between individual metals, prevents contact corrosion (e.g. when mounting rims)
- Thus complies with environmental regulations for the use of heavy metals
- Ideal for ABS brake systems, as it does not contain any metal, unlike conventional copper greases (low conductivity)
- High pressure and temperature resistance (260 kg / 1,500 °C) due to the ceramic particles, therefore does not become brittle
- Ceramic particles remain intact even above the temperature at which grease and mineral oil decompose - they take over the lubrication and thus prevent seizure and other damage
- Protects against rust through high water and acid resistance - prevents penetration of dirt / moisture
- After applying Ceramic Grease, screws and nuts can be loosened noticeably easier
- The attached brush with integrated sliding protective cover allows for precise and clean application
APPLICATION
APPLICATIONS AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY
- For lubricating exhaust systems, turbochargers, clutch thrust bearings, brake calipers, braking systems, engine and machine parts, bearings, bolts, door check straps, etc.
- For greasing screws and nuts to facilitate later disassembly
- Ideal for greasing aluminum rims to prevent contact corrosion
APPLICATIONS INDUSTRY
- Particularly suitable for the assembly and disassembly of tension springs and before pressure testing in container construction
- For lubricating leaf springs, chains, hinges, metal bearings, garage and entrance doors, construction and garden equipment, escalators, elevators, heating parts and flaps, etc.
- Prevents seizure between steel and light metal
PROCESSING
NOTES
- Ensure a clean, grease-free and non-corroded surface
- Clean surfaces with Innotec Power Clean (Art. No. 1210)
- Apply directly from the handy pressure can to the part to be lubricated using the supplied brush attachment
- To protect the brush from dirt, push the protective cover back on
