Description
Ceramic Grease Spray is a high-quality, long-lasting ceramic grease in a practical aerosol can, specially developed for applications requiring high pressure and temperature resistance. Its special properties make it ideal for use in electrically sensitive applications.

- Has an insulating effect between metals
- Resistant to temperatures up to 1,200 °C
- Pressure-resistant up to 235 kg (according to IP 239)
- Silicone and metal-free (ideal for ABS / ASR / ESP)
- Prevents seizure of stainless steel connections

- Thanks to its unique composition, it does not flow even under the most extreme conditions
- Prevents connections from seizing and annoying noises
- Silicone and metal-free, thus meeting environmental regulations for the use of heavy metals
- Ideal for ABS brake systems, as it does not contain any metal, unlike conventional copper greases (low conductivity)
- Metal-free: Insulates between individual metals, prevents contact corrosion (e.g. when mounting rims)
- High pressure and temperature resistance (235 kg / 1,200 °C) due to the ceramic particles, does not become brittle
- Ceramic particles remain intact even above the temperature at which grease and mineral oil decompose - they take over the lubrication and thus prevent seizure and other damage
- Protects against rust through high water and acid resistance, prevents penetration of dirt / moisture
- After applying Ceramic Grease, screws and nuts can be loosened noticeably easier

- For lubricating exhaust systems, turbochargers, clutch thrust bearings, brake calipers, braking systems, engine and machine parts, bearings, bolts, door check straps, etc.
- For spraying aluminum rims to prevent contact corrosion
APPLICATIONS INDUSTRY
- Particularly suitable for the assembly and disassembly of tension springs and before pressure testing in container construction
- For lubricating leaf springs, chains, hinges, metal bearings, garage and entrance doors, construction and garden equipment, escalators, elevators, heating parts and flaps, etc.
- Prevents seizure between steel and light metal
