APPLICATIONS IN INDUSTRY

• For spraying and repairing various (aluminum / silver) grey painted parts in the industrial sector, such as railings, brackets, roller doors, garage doors, frame parts, lamp posts, lamp housings, shaped tubes, window and door steps, shelf parts, hinges, fittings, gutters, bicycle racks, trailer bodies, strips, panels and much more.
• For repairing, covering or painting galvanized surfaces that require subsequent welding, and various supports and clamps that are often custom-made and need to be painted in the original factory color

PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS

Substrate preparation:

• Clean, dry, dust and grease free
• Sand the surface preferably with sanding fleece Shine P 600 (Art. No. 2116-60)
• Clean metal surfaces with Innotec Multisol (Art. No. 124) or Seal and Bond Remover (Art. No. 1270)
• Apply a primer coat to untreated metal (Speed ​​Primer - Art. No. 1302-1 or Zinc Coat - Art. No. 130)
• Clean plastic surfaces with Repaplast Cleaner Antistatic (Art. No. 1565) and pretreat with Repaplast Primer New Formula (Art. No. 1595)
  Processing:
• Shake spray can well before use
• Apply in several thin layers (spraying distance 25-30 cm) - allow to dry for 10 minutes between coats
• Turn the can upside down after use and spray the valve empty
