Description
Plastic Fix is a transparent 2-component repair adhesive specially developed for small repairs on almost all plastics. Its special composition, high sag resistance, and short open time allow repairs, especially vertical ones, to be completed quickly and professionally.
HIGHLIGHTS

- Very quickly touch-dry and easy to work with (can be further processed after 10 minutes)
- Transparent, therefore fits perfectly with most plastics
- Low layer thickness required
- Extremely high tensile strength
- Good temperature resistance (-40°C to +95°C)
- Perfectly moisture-resistant
APPLICATION
APPLICATIONS AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY
- For quickly bonding broken plastic brackets on bumpers, headlights, grilles, radiators, housings, panels, etc.
- Mounting parking sensors, trim strips, emblems, side window brackets, extensions, cable holders, etc.
- For repairing stripped threads in plastic parts
APPLICATIONS INDUSTRY
- For joining or gluing broken brackets on hand tools, handles, knobs, cable holders, angles, clamps, trim strips, emblems, letters, torn-out dowels, paneling, etc.
- Ideal for quickly repairing a torn-out thread or for repairing a damaged/broken hole in various screws, compartment supports, drawer guides, etc.
PROCESSING
NOTES
- Ensure a clean, dry and grease-free surface
- The best result is achieved when the surface is sanded/roughened, degreased with Repaplast Cleaner Antistatic and pre-treated with Repaplast Primer
- Ensure that all tools required for repair or bonding are available
- Place the mixing nozzle on the double cartridge
- When using a new cartridge for the first time, always spray away the first 2 cm and do not use it, as it may not yet have the correct mixing ratio
- Do not remove the mixing nozzle after use, but replace it at the next use to prevent the residual product from hardening in the cartridge
- Put the parts to be glued together and roughen or sand the areas where the glue is to be applied
- Clean the parts with Innotec Repaplast Cleaner Antistatic
- Spread Plastic Fix on the substrate using the mixing nozzle (recommended layer thickness 1-4 mm / optimal layer thickness approx. 2 mm) and join the parts to be bonded as quickly as possible and at the latest within 10 seconds
- Fix the connection for a short time until Plastic Fix has developed sufficient strength
- After 10 minutes, Plastic Fix can be processed, e.g. by milling, drilling, thread cutting, etc.
- Recoatable after 1 hour, with most primers

Cutting tools, wearing parts and operating materials are excluded from the warranty, as their service life depends on the respective use, storage and/or intensity of use.
Warranty claims can only be asserted in the case of production errors or verifiable defects.
