Description
Timber Fix 30 is a fast-drying, semi-transparent, two-component repair adhesive with good temperature and water resistance for most wood types. Its unique properties allow for super-fast bonding and various repairs to be performed on virtually all wood materials.
HIGHLIGHTS
- High tensile and elongation strength, exceeding the strength of most wood materials
- Semi-transparent, therefore perfect for unpainted wood species
- Free from H351
- Good temperature resistance (-40 °C to +95 °C)
- Good water resistance (stress group D3 according to EN 204)
- Touch-dry after 30 seconds, ready for further processing after 5 minutes and can be painted over after 1 hour (20 °C / 50 % RH)
- Easy, targeted and quick to use thanks to packaging in a double cartridge with mixing nozzle
- Perfect for on-site assembly/modification or repair
- Fast curing, thus quick commissioning/delivery possible (clamping is often even unnecessary)
- Good adhesion to almost all types of wood and wood fiber-based board materials (test adhesion beforehand with impregnated/preserved materials)
- Good cross-linking with polymer resins in fiberboard materials, thus good adhesion to short fiberboard material
- Perfect gap-filling properties, easy and quick to apply. Cures to a flexible polymer mass that is perfectly sandable and millable.
- Short clamping time due to fast drying

PROCESSING
NOTES
- Ensure a clean, dry, and grease-free surface; degrease oily wood species with Innotec Repaplast Cleaner Antistatic
- The best result is achieved on sanded/roughened surfaces
- Due to the fast drying properties of Timber Fix 30, ensure that all tools for repair or bonding are ready
- Check that both components can escape unhindered through the openings - then attach the 2K mixing nozzle "Mixer Nozzle Yellow PRO"
- Do not remove the mixing nozzle after use, but change it at the next use - this prevents the cartridge contents from drying out
- Place the parts to be bonded together and roughen or sand the parts to be bonded and clean with Innotec Repaplast Cleaner Antistatic (pre-treat with Repaplast Primer if necessary)
- Apply Timber Fix 30 to the substrate using the mixing nozzle and join the parts to be bonded as quickly as possible, but no later than 10 seconds
- Fix the repair area briefly until Timber Fix 30 has developed sufficient strength
- Timber Fix 30 can be processed after 10 minutes by milling, drilling, thread cutting, etc.

Cutting tools, wearing parts and operating materials are excluded from the warranty, as their service life depends on the respective use, storage and/or intensity of use.
Warranty claims can only be asserted in the case of production errors or verifiable defects.
