Description
Timber Construct is a fast-setting, high-performance 2-component assembly adhesive for virtually all wood species. It is non-foaming, waterproof, and can be cut, milled, sanded, and painted. All these properties make Timber Construct an outstanding solution for structural bonding and all types of assembly work.
HIGHLIGHTS
- Free from the hazard symbol GHS08
- Fast curing, therefore limited clamping time
- Highest achievable water resistance (class D4 according to EN 204)
- Semi-transparent (glue seams take on the color of the glued wood)
- Can be perfectly processed further (cutting, milling, grinding...)
- Does not shrink or foam, unique gel structure
- Excellent adhesion and filling, extremely high tensile strength
- Does not harden in the cartridge (unlike conventional foam adhesives)

- Very suitable for bonding and repairing PVC rigid foam boards
PROCESSING
NOTES
- Ensure a clean, dry, and grease-free surface; degrease oily wood species with Innotec Repaplast Cleaner Antistatic
- The best result is achieved when the surface is sanded/roughened
- Check that both components can escape unhindered through the openings - then attach the 2K mixing nozzle "Mixer Nozzle Yellow PRO"
- When using a new cartridge for the first time, always press out the first 2 cm and do not use it, as it may not yet have the correct mixing ratio
- Do not remove the mixing nozzle after use, but change it at the next use to prevent residual product from hardening in the cartridge
- Put the parts to be bonded together and roughen or sand the parts to be bonded and clean with Innotec Repaplast Cleaner Antistatic
- Spread Timber Construct on the substrate using the mixing nozzle and join the parts to be bonded
- Clamp or support the joint for 30 minutes until Timber Construct has developed sufficient strength
- Timber Construct can be sanded after 30 minutes and painted over after 1 hour

Cutting tools, wearing parts and operating materials are excluded from the warranty, as their service life depends on the respective use, storage and/or intensity of use.
Warranty claims can only be asserted in the case of production errors or verifiable defects.
