- Perfect foaming in the borehole due to optimal mixing and heat development of the 2K PU injection polymer
- Special mixing nozzle guarantees the correct mixing ratio and also prevents the residual product from hardening in the cartridge
- For indoor and outdoor applications on almost all (even slightly damp) surfaces
- Pressure-free anchoring, so no damage to tiles or plaster
- Foams chemically
- Moisture accelerates curing or foaming
- Temperature resistant from -20 °C to +90 °C
- Good water and UV resistance

- Foamed materials for motorhomes, box bodies, etc.
APPLICATIONS INDUSTRY
- For almost all materials currently used in construction, such as bricks, plasterboard, insulation boards, hollow blocks, natural stone, concrete, sand-lime bricks, ceramic and aerated concrete blocks and much more.
- In addition, the universal sieve sleeve can be used in hollow walls or bricks to ensure perfect fastening there too
PROCESSING
NOTES
- Determine the position and diameter of the borehole
- After drilling, remove all loose parts from the hole and make the hole dust-free
- In hollow brick or panel material always insert a sieve sleeve first and then cut off any excess
- Check whether both components can leak out of the double cartridge
- Attach the 2K mixing nozzle to the double cartridge
- Completely fill the borehole from the inside out with Innotec Unifix 300 S
- Immediately press the slightly oily screw directly into Unifix 300 S and hold/fix for approx. 1-2 minutes or cut away any hardened, excess material within approx. 2-5 minutes and pre-drill with the appropriate drill bit after 5 minutes.
- Objects can then be attached with screws

Cutting tools, wearing parts and operating materials are excluded from the warranty, as their service life depends on the respective use, storage and/or intensity of use.
Warranty claims can only be asserted in the case of production errors or verifiable defects.
