Build your own router table and use your Festool OF 1010 and OF 1400 or your powerful OF 2200 in the table.

Product description

This milling lift consists of original spare parts from the no longer available CMS-OF milling module.
With the supplied components and a little skill, you can build your own router table with a lift function for your OF 1400 or OF 2200.

In the video that we offer in the product description we explain the assembly and implementation step by step.
We've deliberately kept it a bit simpler so you can understand the basics. Of course, there are no limits to your imagination.

Additional information OF 1010

People often ask whether the OF 1010 EBQ also works with this. Indeed, it does, without any problems.
We would just like to point out that the low milling height is further reduced by the mounting plate used.
It is also important to mention that the work should be adapted to the performance.

Scope of delivery

• All essential parts according to product image
• Product is not assembled as it would be a hindrance during assembly

Tips & Tricks

• It is not a finished out-of-the-box product but must be adapted for the respective application.
• Recommended worktop thickness for screen-printed panels is 18mm.
• If an aluminum plate is used, 5mm is sufficient.
• The mentioned aluminum sleeve is not part of the delivery
• We screwed the milling lift to 18mm plywood with 5x16mm panhead chipboard screws, which hold really well.
• Combination with insert plates from other manufacturers is of course possible, but this requires drilling into the aluminum.
• The router stop is easy to make; you can find numerous videos on YouTube.

Cutting tools, wearing parts and operating materials are excluded from the warranty, as their service life depends on the respective use, storage and/or intensity of use.

Warranty claims can only be asserted in the case of production errors or verifiable defects.
