Protect additional sockets: if you are operating more than one device with the SYS-PowerStation (e.g. using a cable reel, SYS-PowerHub or the vacuum cleaner socket), protect each additional device with an FI personal protection adapter.
Simply put, this personal protection switch takes care of the earthing of the power station, which itself does not have any.
For example, if a cable is broken and you were to enter the circuit, this switch would, as its name suggests, protect you.
