Rebating head for use with milling spindles, with replaceable carbide inserts, ideal for stationary rebating work with the Compact Module System CMS. Milling tools with rebating inserts offer fundamental advantages over conventional tools, especially during intensive use: no resharpening, always ready for use, and a constant diameter.
- Depending on the router, the rebate head is securely attached using the milling spindle ASL20/OF1010 or ASL20/OF1400-OF2200, directly without the usual collet chuck
- Large diameter of 50 mm allows the creation of deep rebates
- The carbide cutting edges can be quickly and easily replaced if damaged or worn
- for use with milling spindles
