Plate is perfectly compatible with the many digital hardware data from the ShaperHub hardware catalog. Simply search for the desired hardware, synchronize with Origin, and start milling immediately.

Align, secure, and mill with unparalleled precision and speed using the Shaper Workstation – the ultimate clamping solution for all your table milling needs. Designed to streamline your workflow, the workstation saves time when aligning and securing identical workpieces. Once properly set up, repetitive tasks can be performed efficiently. Reusable ShaperTape, a height-adjustable workpiece carrier, and calibrated alignment points simplify both custom projects and repetitive tasks. These features enable minimal setup time and allow you to get started on your milling project immediately.

SCOPE OF DELIVERY

• Base plate: With its ShaperTape surface, it is the core of the workstation and a support surface for Origin.
• Front panel: A versatile clamping device with T-slots that attaches to the base plate at a 90° angle.
• Workpiece carrier: A height-adjustable carrier for attaching small or difficult-to-clamp workpieces.
• Hold-down clamps: T-slot clamps for versatile and secure fastening of workpieces.
• Sacrificial strips: Sacrificial material (MDF) used to minimize tear-out during milling.
• Support strip: Extended support surface for Origin and aids in the correct alignment of workpieces.
• Support arms: Keep the support bar and thus Origin on the same level as the ShaperTape surface.
• Angle stop: Easily adjustable stop for simple alignment of a workpiece at the appropriate angle.
• 4 mm T-key: Hex key with T-handle for all common screws on the workstation
