With the DSS 300 cc, MAFELL offers a unique wire saw system for processing pressure-resistant and flexible wood fiber insulation materials. The precise and accurate cutting results improve the insulation effect, reduce cold bridges, and thus structural damage. The DSS 300 cc thus makes a significant contribution to the cost-effective implementation of highly efficient insulation work.
Thanks to the perfect interaction of all system components and innovative details such as the saw wire, carbon guide wedge, and chip remover, a highly precise cut quality is achieved. In the system, together with the S 200 volume extractor and the ST 1700 Vario saw table, it's an unbeatable team.
With the right accessories, the possibilities for precisely processing insulation materials are virtually unlimited. The compact and extremely flexible saw table enables maximum precision – even for long cuts. The powerful vacuum cleaner makes working more comfortable and also offers clear handling advantages.

- 2-dimensional tilting - The DSS 300 cc allows tilt angles of up to 60°. The saw wire and riving knife can also be tilted backwards by up to 45°.
- The carbon guide wedge achieves extreme flexural rigidity and ensures the required precision with reduced weight.
- The automatic rope tensioning system ensures continuous tension and perfect cutting quality.
- The CUPREX high-performance engine stands for concentrated power and pulling power.
