Frequently asked questions about B2B

Can I purchase tax-free as an Austrian company?

No – we are an Austrian company ourselves. This means that VAT must always be charged within Austria.
But: You will receive a proper invoice with VAT shown and can claim it as usual as part of your input tax deduction.

I have registered – how long does it take to activate?

We typically review new requests within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a brief email notification once your account is activated for business customers.

Can I also purchase by invoice?

For qualified regular customers, we offer purchase on account upon request. This is subject to a certain level of ordering history and a positive review by our team.
Just talk to us – we’ll find a solution.

Does my UID automatically count as activation?

No – the VAT number alone isn't enough. We manually check each registration. This ensures that you're actually ordering for business purposes and that we can provide you with the correct service.

Are there special conditions or project prices for commercial customers?

Yes – for larger projects or regular orders, we are happy to discuss better terms with you individually.

Please understand: Unfortunately, we cannot calculate extra costs for individual requests for very small quantities or amounts under approximately 2000 euros – otherwise the effort would not be worthwhile for anyone.

As a business customer, do I have to log in every time to use the benefits?

Yes – your customer account is personalized to your company. To be billed correctly or use prepayment/invoice, for example, you must be logged in when placing an order.

Can I create multiple users for my company?

Currently not available in the shop itself. However, if you have multiple customers on your team, please contact us directly – we'll find a solution, e.g., via a central customer account or individual agreements.

I am a small business owner – can I still register?

Yes, of course – even if you don’t have a VAT ID or are exempt from VAT.
The only important thing is that you are actually operating commercially (not a private purchase) and that you briefly inform us of this when registering.
