Description
The DuoDübler DD40 is the only mobile doweling machine and another future-oriented innovation from MAFELL.
By combining conventional wooden dowels with the precise DD40 DuoDübler system, MAFELL has succeeded in revolutionizing fastening technology in mobile applications. The DD40 system works faster, more precisely, and more cost-effectively than any other fastening system.
The workpiece is precisely secured during gluing. This makes the clamping process much easier and faster, or even eliminates it entirely.
With the DD40 system solution, MAFELL offers a complete package. The Power, Maxi, or MidiMAX includes the machine in the T-MAX, along with wooden dowels, a glue bottle, two anti-slip mats, and a drill bit.

ADVANTAGES
- The easy-to-read scale for adjusting the material thickness and the 6-way turret stop ensure that the DD40 can be adjusted for different material thicknesses in a short time.
- Fast and precise positioning via the stop system. Retractable stop pins and additional stops enable drilling close to the edge – without any marking.
- Drilling depth, material thickness, stop angle: all these settings can be adjusted continuously.
- The swivel stop is guided and clamped on both sides.
