The light can be operated with Festool, Bosch, Metabo (CAS), Makita, DeWalt or Milwaukee batteries.

This versatile work light is specifically designed for professional tradespeople, mechanics, and construction workers on the go. It features a battery holder that uses adapter technology to accommodate 18V batteries from Festool, Makita, Dewalt, Milwaukee, Bosch, and Metabo (CAS).

INFO FROM MIKE
We tested the spotlight for many hours and found it to be functional and good. The runtime with a 5.2Ah 18V Festool battery was a good 2.5-3 hours. With the Festool battery we tested, the spotlight turned itself off, and the battery was NOT deeply discharged. The spotlight turns itself off when the voltage drops below 16.95 volts. (Thanks to Herbert for testing and verifying this for us.)
