Best online shop I've ever shopped at.

We're very proud of our many, genuine, and countless reviews. These reviews reflect our service, our commitment, and the passion we put into it.
When we launched our online shop for professional tools in spring 2015, the question quickly arose as to where customers could independently rate us.
By independent, we meant that unwelcome reviews would be stored and documented, documenting our actions. (It's a shame there isn't something like that for politicians...)
And so, customers recommended Trusted Shops to us, which arguably enjoys the highest reputation on the market. However, it's also one of the most expensive rating systems. In addition to the initial certification fee, which checks the entire online shop for legal compliance, there are quite substantial monthly payments.
The advantage for you?
Large companies quickly gain more trust than small ones. I don't know why that is. However, we want to give you certainty about who you're ordering from and the benefits you'll get from doing so. Think of us as a partner you can rely on. For many of our customers, we've become the number one online shop for tools, accessories, and consumables.
We are constantly adding new products that fit into our portfolio and are attentive to what our customers want.
Mike's Toolshop is the online specialist retailer that is open 24/7 and provides real advice over the phone, via WhatsApp and also via video chat.
And if we do, pardon the expression, screw up, we own up to it and strive to find a prompt solution. Fortunately, though, that almost never happens. :-)
Why do we do this?
As mentioned above, this is to document our business. So you get real reviews and, especially as a first-time buyer, know what you're getting into.
We rely on many regular customers, with whom we often maintain friendly relationships. We clearly see ourselves as a partner you can rely on.
Right to be forgotten
We have this in our rating system, too, but a negative or unpleasant rating remains in the school's grade for a full 12 months. You can also view the first rating we received, but you'll have to scroll a bit to find it.
