A new Systainer3 from Festool arrived today (video)

Systainer3

This is the name of the new Systainer generation from Tanos (a subsidiary of Festool). The new Systainer3 replaces its predecessor, the T-Loc.
As expected, and this is great, the new Systainers fit perfectly with the old system. In other words, the Classic Systainer (with the four latches) can be connected to the new "boxes" in the same way.

The new system is being prepared for vehicle equipment. There is apparently a collaboration with Bott, a vehicle equipment supplier.

How did I get this thing?

I wasn't completely unaware; suddenly, an item number was no longer available, and Festool informed me of a replacement. I ordered it, and the package arrived today.

Attached is a short video about the new Festool Systainer3 or "systainer³" as it is called by Tanos.

The customer was happy because he was probably the first in Austria to hold the new Systainer3 in his hands.

Important information! Below the article, under "Matching items," you'll find machines that are already delivered in the new Systainer3 SYS3, or whatever it's called.
List will be updated as soon as we know of new products.

UPDATE: November 26, 2019

Now we know everything that is coming and what the new Systainers will look like.

Here you will find all the information and the latest news about empty Systainers.
