This accessory was specially designed and fits only with the Tormek T-2 Pro Kitchen sharpening machine, which removes minimal steel and gives you professionally sharpened blades in no time!

Your knives won't dull as quickly as they would after sharpening on a whetstone that provides different grinding angles on the blade. Instead, you'll get a professionally sharpened blade with the same angle across the entire blade in no time. Your circular knife blades never have to leave the restaurant!

After attaching the blade to the accessory, simply fold it down against the grinding wheel and turn on the machine. The accessory is designed so that your circular knife blade rotates automatically against the fine-grain diamond grinding wheel and is sharpened without you having to do anything else. After about a minute, the blade is completely sharpened. Then remove the blade and hone it on the separate composite wheel. This removes the burr that has formed and polishes the edge to a razor-sharp finish (wear protective gloves!). It's as simple as that, and the results are just as sharp!
