With over 40 years of experience in the field of sharpening, Tormek has now developed a sharpening machine specifically for knife sharpening, the T2. Adapted to the demands of results and simplicity in professional kitchens, you get sharp knives exactly when you need them!

The Tormek T-2 delivers a professional edge. The concept is a further development of the diamond honing steel combined with a patent-pending angle guide that gives you complete control over the edge.

You can easily adjust the angle according to the knife type or application. A larger cutting angle results in a stronger, more durable cutting edge.

Specially developed composite disc

With integrated polishing agent which removes the sanding grade.

Cutting tools, wearing parts and operating materials are excluded from the warranty, as their service life depends on the respective use, storage and/or intensity of use.

Warranty claims can only be asserted in the case of production errors or verifiable defects.
