EXCLUSIVE FAN SET
The idea of developing a new plunge saw is not new. What was new, however, was designing all the components of a machine in such a way as to create a unique precision product.
The MT 55 cc plunge saw with the Aerofix F-AF 1 suction clamping system ensures perfect cuts with the simplest handling.
The scoring function is activated with a single movement. This allows the MT 55 cc to cut edges as clean as a stationary machine, even with a worn chip guard.
The MT 55 cc is equipped with stepless speed control for a wide variety of materials and saw blades.
Cutting depths (without a guide rail) of up to 57 mm are now possible. Thanks to the innovative swiveling system, there are virtually no limits, even for angled cuts.
Area of application
- Cross-sections and longitudinal sections
- Bevel cuts -1 to +48°
- plunge cuts
- Materials used include: solid wood, cement fiberboards, Trespa, OSB, gypsum fiberboards, plastics, facade panels, and panel materials.
Advantages
- For "precise" readjustment of the cutting depth setting, e.g. with resharpened saw blades or Fermacell.
- The enclosed saw blade housing and the protective slide at the saw cut ensure extremely low dust generation.
- The MT 55 cc with new CUprex compact engine for significantly higher revs and yet plenty of power reserves.
- The cutting depth can be adjusted with millimeter precision. With or without a guide rail – simply turning the cutting depth indicator always displays the exact cutting depth.
- For bevel cuts, the angle setting is fixed at two points with just one clamping screw and a half turn.
