HIGHLIGHTS
- Very good pressure resistance
- Protects against moisture and corrosion
- Very high temperature resistance (-30 °C to +1,100 °C)
- High proportion of copper powder - electrically conductive
- Does not attack rubber or plastics
- Prevents metal-to-metal seizure
- Forms a tightly sealed protective layer on metal that cannot be brushed away or burned off
- Allows easier assembly and subsequent disassembly and prevents seizure of fastening parts
- Initially liquid when applied - penetrates deep between the parts, once the propellant gas has escaped, a solid and pressure-resistant grease remains
- Very high working temperature range (-30°C to +1,100°C) - therefore also ideal for brake parts
- Highly pressure-resistant
- Good acid resistance
- Water-repellent - Protects against moisture and corrosion
- Does not attack rubber or plastic
- Conductive - contains high proportion of copper powder
APPLICATION
APPLICATIONS AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY
- For engine parts, battery terminals, exhaust systems, brake parts, bearings, gears, etc. that are exposed to water and corrosion
- For inserting bolts and screws with damaged threads (thread-forming effect)
- Due to its wide operating temperature range (-30°C to +1,100°C) for brake parts where high temperatures occur - Anti-Seize can be applied to the back of the brake blocks to prevent warping - Copper particles ensure that the heat from the brake disc is dissipated and transferred to the brake caliper
APPLICATIONS INDUSTRY
- Ideal as assembly grease for all threaded screws and bolts in metal and aluminum construction
- Excellent for lubricating door lock plates, door catches, sliding doors, gate systems, rails, roller doors, fittings, chains, sprockets, etc.
- Due to the high working temperature range (-30 °C to +1,100 °C) ideal for all lubrication of moving machine parts that are exposed to very high temperatures
PROCESSING
NOTES
- Ensure the surface is clean, dry, grease-free, and non-corroded (clean the surface with Innotec Multisol (Art. No. 124), Ultra Clean (Art. No. 121), or Power Clean (Art. No. 1210)).
- Shake spray can well
- Depending on the application, apply to the part to be lubricated using a spray tube or standard nozzle
- Allow to air dry briefly
- Turn the can upside down after use and spray the valve empty
- Note: Not suitable for ABS brake systems. We recommend Ceramic Grease Spray (Art. No. 1007)
