Description
Deblock Oil XS is a blend of fast rust removers and lubricants that far exceeds the effectiveness of conventional penetrating oils. Thanks to its highly specific ingredients, it achieves high-quality boundary lubrication under extreme shear stress, such as when loosening rusty bolts or nuts, to prevent re-seizure during disassembly.

- All metal types, heavily seized parts in the most difficult places
- Seized brake parts or other parts susceptible to oxidation on trucks, trailers, etc.
- Sensitive connections, such as steel screws in aluminum, etc.
- Rusted bolts on exhaust, manifold, catalytic converter, turbocharger, brakes, tie rods, wheel nuts, etc.
- Stuck parts such as ropes, bolts, washers, spark plugs, locks, hinges, bearings, aluminum rims, brakes, bleed nipples, chains on vehicles and equipment, etc.
APPLICATIONS INDUSTRY
- Loosens rusted screws/stuck parts on heaters, air conditioning systems, portal, glass or steel construction, garden tools, machines, forklifts, superstructures, ropes, locks, hinges, bolts, bearings, chains on vehicles and equipment, frames, etc.
PROCESSING
NOTES
- Shake spray can well before use
- Ensure a clean, dry and grease-free surface
- Spray the product directly onto the parts to be treated
- Leave on for at least 2 to 3 minutes and carefully unscrew
- If there is heavy rust, spray again if necessary
