EP Cutting Oil is an exceptionally high-quality cutting oil. It is ideal for safely and securely performing machining processes such as drilling, threading, turning, and milling, as it provides perfect lubrication and reduces frictional resistance.

- Safe, non-flammable composition
- Due to special additives, excellent adhesion and extremely pressure-resistant, reduces tool wear, resulting in a much longer tool life
- Heat generated during processing is quickly dissipated by synthetic additives
- Foam-shaped - therefore not only economical in use, but also very suitable for sloping and vertical surfaces
- Can can be used in all directions, ideal for hard-to-reach areas
- Contains no chlorine and zinc compounds
- Mineral oil base, therefore no rust formation
- Excellent temperature resistance from -30°C to +300°C
APPLICATION
APPLICATIONS INDUSTRY
- For drilling, threading, turning, milling, machining, cutting, etc.
- For easy processing of all metals, metal alloys, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and even stainless steel (Nirosta)
- Can be used as an additive (min. 5%) to improve conventional cutting oils and systems (including water-soluble cutting oils)
PROCESSING
NOTES
- Preferably ensure a clean, dry and grease-free surface
- Shake spray can well
- Apply directly from the spray can to the surface to be treated and allow to dry briefly
- Repeat treatment as needed to maintain a consistent film
- EP Cutting Oil can be easily removed with Innotec Ultra Clean (Art. No. 123) or Innotec Power Clean (Art. No. 1210)
