Description
Decarbonizer Foam is a very powerful industrial foam cleaner that removes combustion/oil residues that build up on parts such as central heating and auxiliary heater burners, intake manifolds, combustion engine valves, EGR valves, and the exterior of the engine block. It also effectively removes bioethanol oxidation (green deposits) in carburetor float bowls.
HIGHLIGHTS
- Thoroughly removes combustion residues, carbon and oil deposits
- Free from the hazard symbol GHS08
- Removal and ultrasonic or mechanical cleaning are no longer necessary
- NSF certified (Category A8)
- Eliminates the need to replace/exchange costly components
- Perfect for horizontal as well as vertical surfaces
APPLICATION
APPLICATIONS AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY
- Dissolves oil, grease and black sludge from engine blocks or oil leaks
- Removes stubborn combustion residues such as soot and carbon on throttle bodies, intake manifolds, EGR valves and carbon deposits around leaking injectors
- Removes bioethanol residues in carburetors
APPLICATIONS INDUSTRY
- Removes stubborn combustion residues such as soot and carbon from bakery ovens, commercial kitchens or glass viewing windows of fireplaces
- Dissolves various oil or grease deposits in ovens, stainless steel sinks, etc.
PROCESSING
NOTES
- Shake well before use
- Spray onto the surface to be cleaned and wait until the foam is removed
- Repeat the process until the contamination is removed
- If possible, rinse with Fuel System Cleaner, Power Clean or water or otherwise wipe with a cloth
- Note: Never allow Decarbonizer Foam to dry on the surface or use it on glass and plastic surfaces that are still warm
