Mounting plates

The appropriate mounting plate always depends on the chosen hinge , the desired door position (surface-mounted, inset, semi-surface-mounted) and the distance to the cabinet .
The easiest way is to focus on two points:

  1. Check the hinge model – Each Blum hinge has its own recommendation for the appropriate mounting plate.

  2. Select the height of the panel – The so-called “height” (e.g. 0 mm, 3 mm, 6 mm) determines how far the door will later stand away from the body and compensates for construction or edge thicknesses.
