Description

BUTTERFLY INLAYS

With this router template, you can create dovetail or butterfly joints. This creates an attractive application and also secures cracked wood.

Possible sizes

60 x 30 mm
80 x 40 mm

The application is very simple:

Find a suitable position
Clamp the milling template and mill it with the router (copy ring 17mm, 10mm groove cutter)
Cut out the corners with the chisel
Clamp the milling template on the material to be used and mill it cleanly
Gluing and sanding or planing surfaces

Necessary tools

Router with 17mm copy ring and 10mm grooving cutter
chisel
Glue, sandpaper or hand plane

Made from sturdy 15mm plywood. Tools not included.
