Drilling jig "easy" 32mm hole row (set of 2) for drilling machines

Our goal was to offer a very affordable product that would be used only occasionally or for a few projects and eventually simply discarded, as an alternative to the high-quality drilling jig that eventually just hangs on the wall. A depth limiter for the drill bit was completely omitted. The special feature of the drilling jig is that it is joined in the middle, making it perfectly suited for retrofitting existing cabinets or shelves with rows of holes.

With the included stop pins, you always maintain a distance of 37 mm or 28 mm from the front edge of the workpiece. They can be used on the left or right. The spacer pins are simply inserted, allowing for very short setup times. The 37 mm stop pin is suitable for standard hinges. The 28 mm stop pin is suitable for mini hinges, such as the Minimat.

Using a 5mm drill bit or a stop pin, a row of holes can theoretically be drilled endlessly; all you need to do is re-clamp the drill jig. You'll also need a drill, two small clamps, and a 5mm drill bit.

A NOTICE

Due to the high wear on the holes, this drilling jig has a limited service life, which also depends heavily on the user's care. 20-30 rows of holes are easily possible.

Cutting tools, wearing parts and operating materials are excluded from the warranty, as their service life depends on the respective use, storage and/or intensity of use.

Warranty claims can only be asserted in the case of production errors or verifiable defects.
