Orders for products in stock that reach us by 1:30 p.m. are usually dispatched on the same working day.
In our warehouse in Ostermiething, with over 8,000 storage spaces, we keep many items immediately available. Should something go missing, we'll be happy to source it for you directly from the manufacturer.

Description
Description
Spray Adhesive is a modern contact adhesive in spray form with an adjustable application rate and a special nozzle with a flat jet spray pattern. Ideal for quickly and efficiently bonding a wide variety of materials to and from one another.

- Can still be corrected at short notice (within approx. 5 minutes)
- No clumping or clogging
- High temperature resistance up to +90 °C (e.g. for roof lining)
- Extremely homogeneous - does not pull threads - can be sprayed easily and very evenly thanks to the special riser valve, without clogging the nozzle
- Adjustable special nozzle with flat jet spray pattern, can be sprayed both horizontally and vertically
- Adjustable application quantity - 3 possible settings from low to high layer thickness
- Transparent adhesive layer - no translucence on light fabrics
- Contains no acetone, low solvent content, therefore applicable to almost any surface
- High temperature resistance of up to +90°C - Ideal for headliners, etc.
- After application, the joined parts can be repositioned for about 5 minutes - after that, a very high initial adhesion occurs quite quickly
- Excellent adhesive bond even with very small amounts of product
- Special riser valve - no clogging or clumping when spraying
APPLICATION
APPLICATIONS AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY
- For bonding plastic panels, fabrics, leather, rubber, felt, foils (also suitable for many PE foils), and much more
- For headliners, car carpets, door foils, interior trim, insulation materials, etc.
APPLICATIONS INDUSTRY
- For bonding paper transparencies, foils, strips, fabrics, wood, carpets, plastics, Resopal, cork, decorative panels, cardboard, artificial leather, foams, profile and foam rubber, Styrofoam, insulation mats, felt, cardboard, door and window seals, bonding the protective fleece under the swimming pool liner, etc.
PROCESSING
NOTES
- Ensure a clean, dry and grease-free surface - clean the surface with Innotec Multisol (Art. No. 124)
Clean the plastic surface with Innotec Repaplast Cleaner Antistatic (Art. No. 1565) - Apply a thin, evenly covering layer to the parts to be bonded
- Allow to dry for at least 2 to 5 minutes - then join the two parts together and press firmly
- After application, the joined parts can be repositioned for about 5 minutes
- Tip:
Parts bonded with Spray Adhesive can be easily removed with Innotec Seal and Bond Remover (Art. No. 1270) - Spray Adhesive (500 ml aerosol) is sufficient for an area (= application quantity per side) of approx. 4 m²

Cutting tools, wearing parts and operating materials are excluded from the warranty, as their service life depends on the respective use, storage and/or intensity of use.
Warranty claims can only be asserted in the case of production errors or verifiable defects.
