Description

Moulding Tape is a double-sided, rubber-based adhesive tape with a pressure-sensitive, special adhesive layer that can be repositioned multiple times. Due to its ingenious properties, this tape is ideally suited for bonding applications both indoors and outdoors.

Temperature resistant from -40 °C to +95 °C (short-term up to +150 °C)
Multiple repositionings possible (within approximately 5 minutes)
Exceptional tensile strength (10 kg/cm²)
Resistant to water, weak acids, weathering and even fuels

Absorbs virtually no moisture (closed cell structure)

For fixing adhesive bonds

APPLICATIONS IN INDUSTRY

For bonding applications in the furniture and advertising industries, in the construction industry, such as for mirrors, wooden slats, wooden, chair and decorative moldings, towel holders, emblems, signs, logos, displays, plastic and edge strips, lettering, for stone and tile parts, all metals (stainless steel, copper, aluminum, iron), stainless steel, MDF, HDF, Trespa and HPL, and much more.
For fixing adhesive bonds

PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS

Ensure a clean, dry and grease-free surface.
Clean the surface with Innotec Multisol or Innotec Seal and Bond Remover
Apply Moulding Tape directly from the roll to the substrate and press firmly.
Remove the protective film and carefully join the two parts together (you can realign them for about 5 minutes).
Once the parts are correctly positioned, press firmly (e.g., with the Innotec Blade for Striping) to activate the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.
Note: Maximum adhesion is reached after 24 hours.
