IGM MD body clamps for medium load are specifically designed for the precise clamping of glued furniture carcasses, but are also suitable for numerous other clamping and fixing tasks. Thanks to their more compact design compared to HD carcass clamps, they are ideal for smaller and medium-sized workpieces.

The ergonomic, rubberized folding handle allows a clamping force of up to 460 kg and ensures reliable and even clamping during the gluing process. The guide rod is made of cold-drawn, galvanized steel, whose strong profile prevents deflection and provides maximum stability.

The high-quality steel jaws have a 90 mm throat and remain precisely at a 90° angle even under heavy loads. This ensures even pressure across the entire clamping surface. To protect the workpiece, the jaws are equipped with wide, 47 mm plastic covers that protect against glue residue and prevent scratches or damage.

A special feature is the removable lower part, which allows the clamp to be easily converted into a spreader function. The patented anti-slip feature securely locks the jaws in the desired position, preventing accidental slippage.

For added convenience when gluing furniture carcasses on the workbench, the clamp is equipped with three sturdy support feet that ensure secure positioning on the work surface. Two rounded supports are located between the jaws to protect the workpiece. The end support on the guide rod serves as a stop for the jaws and can be easily removed if necessary, for example, for spreading work.
