Description

High-quality flush trim router bit with two interchangeable carbide inserts. Ideal for copying templates or flush trimming protruding materials such as coatings, edge banding, etc.

Scope of delivery

Base cutter with mounted ball bearing
2 carbide indexable inserts mounted
1 Torx screwdriver

Note: Carbide inserts have cutting edges on both sides. When these become dull, the inserts can be resharpened on a waterstone or a grinding machine. However, this will reduce the effective diameter of the cutter.
The common practice is to replace them with new ones.
Replacement reversible inserts can be found in the "Matching Accessories" tab.
